I truly appreciate the flexibility of TrinityTG’s staff. Many of my staff do not understand the technical aspects of computer programming so there is an assumption about how easy a new programming request and a change to a programming request actually are. My staff also do not always recognize or take advantage of the differences between “to be” processes vs. the way they have always done it. TrinityTG has been extremely patient with our staff and at times we need to change direction on what we thought we needed programmed or how we address programming issues. TrinityTG takes them in stride and if it causes them extra work, stress, frustration, they rarely show it.
