We are today’s craftsmen.

From design to build, and from testing to training, we implement end-to-end solutions. We have modernized and migrated a number of Legacy Systems and we implement, design, and build systems that facilitate business-specific tasks, including GIS, Grants Management, Case Management, Payment Systems, and more.

Our business analysts are discerning and thorough. Our architects are skilled specialists. Our project managers are dedicated guides, knowledgeable in management and IT methodologies.

We build working IT solutions that solve real business problems.  We leave the sidewalk supervision to others.
For each solution, we determine what will work best for you, not what will look best in our marketing materials. We employ a strategic planning approach that focuses on re-use and adaptation first. We are practiced and adept at establishing what technologies and strategies will be most effective for you.
We encourage and facilitate collaboration between our team and yours by producing together formal plans for each critical process. Our team of over 90 highly talented professionals – from business analysts to seasoned developers, from quality assurance analysts to project managers – work hand-in-hand with you, not in a vacuum without your participation.
We provide full life cycle, systems integration, and software development services that intelligently leverage Service-Oriented Architecture, GIS, Project Management, Enterprise Technical Architecture, Enterprise Business Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Test Management, Organizational Change Management, and Business Intelligence.
Our projects do not end with whitepapers.  Our clients get real automated solutions that deliver business value.  One of our most recent successes was at the Department of Business Oversight.  There we utilized Microsoft Dynamics xRM, SharePoint, and Adxstudios Portal to implement an Enterprise Licensing System that allowed the department to sunset 50 disparate legacy data sources.

What Our Clients Say

In November, the Legacy Enrollment Database and its associated “backbridge” process were decommissioned. For those of you who have lived the pain of reconciling data discrepancies between COMET and the legacy systems, the significance of this achievement is huge! The solution went into production seven weeks ahead of schedule and well under budget (the budget was originally estimated at $4-5 million, but delivered for only $1.2 million) and the ongoing annual savings to CalPERS is estimated at $500,000 – $700,000. However, the greatest benefit to this project is that we’ve eliminated a major source of our data integrity and redundancy problems.

When I found out that Trinity got it, and I found out the platform that it was going to be built on it, I actually felt really comfortable with it to be honest with you. And you guys delivered. You delivered on time and under budget. That’s definitely good.
