Technical Architecture work begins as early as possible in case there is any equipment that must be acquired for the solution. We consult with your information technology division to understand your preferred technology standards and investments, what can be leveraged, and how the proposed solution can contribute to the enterprise standards for future projects. Shared standards and investments enable cross training technical staff, getting better prices for equipment and software licenses, and sharing lessons learned – all of which best serve the project in the long run.
