ANALYSIS
Trinity provides a structured approach to representing the AS IS business process and discovering the TO BE or optimal business process. Our approach draws upon expertise in facilitating JAD sessions to identify assumptions that get in the way of best practices toward achieving the desired roles, responsibilities, and services. Essential to discovering the optimal business process is exploration of how to work in a more collaborative fashion with suppliers, business partners, other external agencies. Patterns are a concept borrowed from our technology colleagues to define a best practice way of conducting critical activities. We apply industry initiatives to establish patterns for low level activities to more rapidly discover the desired way of interacting with customers, other divisions within the organization, and handling interactions among work teams.
