OCIO Federal Grant Reporting

The Governor's Office assigned the State OCIO responsibility for collecting and tracking federal grant funds awarded California State and local governments.  We made substantial enhancements to user roles/responsibilities, grant tracking, and reporting capabilities in Microsoft CRM's ARRA reporting solution.  The solution included streamlining the business process that involved multiple State agencies.
