You can see by our list of successfully delivered projects that we are primarily a system integrator delivering customer-facing solutions that involve complex business rule processing and integration with Legacy and business partner systems.
We are now offering staffing through the CMAS and MSA for further diversification. Because we also do fixed price projects, we know how to screen candidates to make certain they can do the work. We do not just throw bodies at you because they look good on paper. Anybody we submit will be screened by our technical staff to verify their hands-on experience not just their ability to recite terminology. We provide incentives so the candidate stays from start to finish and does not jump ship when they think something better might come along.
We also recognize that some departments use CMAS and MSA to break up larger projects into small ones. We have expertise to help guide these projects through the life cycle, conduct the business analysis, to properly define the technology stack, the application framework, design standards, development standards, testing process, and preparation for implementation. Other requirements related to project authorization and reporting are essential but not as daunting as they may appear at first.
We welcome the opportunity to meet with you to share lessons learned to plan projects within the necessary approval processes. To avoid conflicts with opportunities to design, build and deliver solutions to our clients, we do not perform oversight services or prepare Feasibility Study Reports.
