Origin of the Firm

Randy and Janie Duart named the firm in 1999 to recognize their favorite backpacking destination -- the Trinity Alps located in northwest California.  The Trinity Alps represent a unique geologic "squished"  formation  resulting from the collision of tectonic plates that form the Cascade Range.  For more on the Trinity Alps:

Staff are active in a wide range of community activities and contribute to diverse human service and environmental organizations.  We will try to bring to your attention worthwhile undertakings that may be new but of interest to you.
