We started as specialists in breaking apart monolithic mainframe systems into components that could be readily re-used to enable customer self-service over the web and telephone to perform actions previously restricted to hardwired internal staff. We now design and deliver end-to-end solutions that combine new components of functionality through a rich internet experience for customers and still providing real-time, seamless interaction with existing systems. We have extended the concept of end-to-end solutions to include our clients existing internal systems, control agencies such as the State Controller, and client’s external business partners such as local governments, health plans, law enforcement, and private entities. Our emphasis upon enabling future re-use based on open standards for Microsoft-based .Net, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Java, and COTS products eliminates the risk ofdeveloping silos of functionality that are hard to penetrate or unable to reach across the diverse technologies found throughout the enterprise.
