For thirteen years Trinity Technology Group has taken responsibility for successful delivery and operation of mission critical automated systems for public and private clients. We undertake a limited number of projects in order to apply our expertise to deliver solutions, not bill hours for individuals. Trinity offers a full range of skills, including: enterprise technical architecture, decision modeling, project management, testing, software design, build and integration, middleware interoperability that are all applied to every effort. Foundation in Interoperability of Existing Systems with New Capabilities
We started as specialists in breaking apart monolithic mainframe systems into components that could be readily re-used to enable customer self-service over the web and telephone to perform actions previously restricted to hardwired internal staff. We now design and deliver end-to-end solutions that combine new components of functionality through a rich internet experience for customers and still providing real-time, seamless interaction with existing systems. We have extended the concept of end-to-end solutions to include our clients existing internal systems, control agencies such as the State Controller, and client’s external business partners such as local governments, health plans, law enforcement, and private entities. Our emphasis upon enabling future re-use based on open standards for Microsoft-based .Net, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Java, and COTS products eliminates the risk ofdeveloping silos of functionality that are hard to penetrate or unable to reach across the diverse technologies found throughout the enterprise.All our solutions follow a disciplined approach to business analysis and functional specification that emphasizes examination of business processes across organizational boundaries to properly understand the supply chain from customer request to service delivery. This formal analysis reveals opportunities to improve the process and verifies a shared understanding and commitment across the projects business sponsor, subject matter experts, technologists and those involved in funding and implementation.
