Trinity Technology Group, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and welcomes job applications from qualified individuals without regard to their race, color, religion, national origin, or gender. Benefit package includes 100% company paid PPO, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, etc. We also sponsor H1B's and permanent residency for more experienced employees, including current OPT-based employees. We presently have three employees for whom we have sponsored the H1B work authorization.

We have continuous hiring for Senior J2EE and .Net Developers with considerable server-side experience as well as Enterprise Technical Architects. Please review our position postings on Dice.com for details.

At this time, all candidates must live in the Greater Sacramento area in order to work on-site at our client locations or our Practice Office on a full-time basis.

We recruit to fill full-time positions. Our staff work on teams with leading edge technologies. We want people who want the challenge of working with peers who can critique your proposal, offer suggestions, and propose techniques you wish you had thought to offer. With the expertise you gain and contribute, we want to provide an environment that makes you want to stay. This is why we have an employee-based model rather than a group of contractors coming and going with each project.

In addition to those positions listed above, we are presently looking for:

  • Project Managers experienced with directing project teams across the full project life cycle, preferably with an understanding for fixed project schedules.
  • Business Analysts versed in requirements management, business process modeling, JAD session conduct, test planning and execution, user acceptance testing, training, and transition management

CSU Sacramento Computer Science and MIS Students and Graduates

We have about ten staff that have completed the Masters in Computer Science from CSUS. We know how to transition highly motivated recent graduates that have made an investment in themselves and worked as interns (including CPT) into software development projects. Training begins with internal projects building Sharepoint web parts, Adobe forms and workflow, geographic information system, SQL Server Reporting Services, and .net framework-based application maintenance. Once familiar with our tools and practices, graduates are assigned to projects. For graduates without work authorization, we can sponsor Occupational Practical Training in coordination with CSUS. We presently have four OPT-based employees. We also sponsor H1B's and permanent residency for more experienced employees, including current OPT-based employees. We presently have three employees for whom we have sponsored the H1B work authorization.
