White Papers
This month's topic is the need to break large projects with a single vendor in charge into a series of smaller projects that enables multiple "prime" contractors. This will reduce the control asserted by the single vendor and enable the State to quickly replace a poor performer with one already involved in the project. At least once a month this section will feature a new white paper on a current topic of interest related to business analysis and functional specification, applying technology to project management and and testing, the Integration Center concept to advance interoperability across client systems, and other topics will be addressed.
