Business Analysis & Functional Specification

This is all about discovery and defining the right solution to the problem.  It doesn't matter how elegant the technologies if they are not applied to delivering the right solution!!!  We bring many techniques and tools to this phase but they all depend upon making making effective use of your key staff and their time.  There are four major outcomes from the Phase:

  • Knowledge transfer to your business analysts
  • Work Products organized in a repository that enables ongoing updates
  • Identification and preparation of your key business analyst who will lead ongoing business analysis to ensure your ability to successfully keep the system current as new capabilities are needed once in production.
  • Guidance to the technical teams for the architecture, design, and test case preparation.
